Housing Renovation B. Salamanca

Complete renovation: Project, interior design, project monitoring, and furniture selection for this home in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid.

The project includes a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a kitchen integrated into the living room. The new layout includes the addition of an additional bedroom and the creation of an en suite bathroom for the master bedroom.
The kitchen connects to the living room through sliding glass doors that allow natural light to enter and protect it from odors. White lacquered doors with flat molding are used on the front. Both the island on three sides and the countertop are made of Neolith. Aged glass is placed on the back of the countertop to reflect light and give the space a sense of spaciousness.

The doors are made of white lacquered paneled wood. The entrance's interior design is in wood and gold tones, with a circular mirror on a treated natural wood cabinet.
The rooms were resized to accommodate the custom-made built-in wardrobes, which were floor-to-ceiling and flush with the molding, concealing them and blending into the wall. The doors are made of lacquered wood with an integrated nailhead trim. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a custom-made mirror and built-in faucets. The tile is molded to mimic a baseboard to create a unified look and blend seamlessly into the home's aesthetic.
Finally, the furniture was selected to complement the interior design of the entire house. The tones of the chairs, with their black metal legs, enhance the finish of the kitchen's metalwork. This creates a modern yet classic look for the home.
